This splendid 3-bedroom apartment renovated, a stone's throw from the sea and the Marcel Proust promenade, will seduce you with its elegant decoration and quality equipment.
It is ideal for a stay with family, friends or lovers.
It has a terrace to enjoy the Normandy sun!
The accommodation:
You access the accommodation directly from the street thanks to a private courtyard where a hanging chair and deck chair await you. A large table also allows you to have your meals.
->A relaxation area with a large screen TV has been set up to allow you to enjoy NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME.
->The sofa converts into a 140x200cm bed for two people, offering extra beds.
->Enjoy freshly ground coffee from the DELONGHI coffee maker. The espresso grinder grinds your coffee at the time of preparation to obtain a perfect result, cup after cup. Brew two coffees at the same time. No capsules are needed.
->Enjoy the high-quality TEDIBER 160cm parental bed for optimal comfort. Memory foam pillows will allow optimal comfort.
->A trundle bed is installed in the cabin room, allowing 1 or 2 beds depending on your needs.
->This apartment is perfect for groups of 4 travelers and can accommodate up to 6 people.
->Telecommuting is possible with the fiber available, a large indoor table or a small desk in the bedroom.
->Many facilities for young children are available: a cot, a potty, a reducer, a bathtub, a booster seat and a high chair.
->Travel light since a hairdryer is integrated into the bathroom, umbrellas, parasols are available.

->Free parking is located in front of the apartment.
Arrivals are from 3pm.
From 3 pm to 6 pm you will be welcomed by Karine. After 6 pm, you can arrive independently.
