If you are a couple and you want to share a moment of escape close to the sea, or if you are a group of friends come to take advantage of the events offered by this charming town of Cabourg, this apartment will welcome you in order to fully enjoy of your stay. 2 hours from Paris, 800m from the beach, 600m from the city center and the racecourse.

This beautiful 2 room apartment of 38m² refurbished consists of an entrance with a wardrobe and separate toilet on the right.
The bright living room will welcome you with its sofa (convertible), its TV, its dining area for 2 people with a high table and two bar chairs, its kitchen equipped with 4 electric plates, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, and everything you need to prepare a good little dish, all that's missing is the ingredients!
The living room leads onto a south-west facing loggia with a view of the residence's gardens, which can accommodate up to 6 people for lunch or dinner. A kettle, a coffee maker, an oven and even a pierrade enhance the functionality of the loggia.
You will find in the bedroom a comfortable sofa bed with a real 14cm mattress, as well as a bedside table. The blinds that do not let in light will allow you to have a good night.
A bathroom with a bathtub (and of course a shower curtain), a sink and a heated towel rail completes this apartment.
Finally, you will have a place in a closed car park and an elevator.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
You will also have the pleasure of having drinks for the FIRST breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate and milk).
Sheets, towels, pillows and blankets are provided.
