Fabulous stay in a quiet location in beautiful Cabourg

No WiFi code left in Apartment 6, perhaps it could be added to the information page left in the apartment. Dishwasher wasn’t working.

Nice apartment close to a beautiful beach.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach and a lovely bakery, a 25min walk to the centre of cabourg. We were in apartment 1 and the outdoor seating area is lovely as is the petanque court and we used the shared bbq which was great. Lots of storage.

Unfortunately we had an issue with a burst pipe and downstairs flooded on our first night. We contacted the owner and they were quick to get a plumber out to check the situation (that couldnt be fixed while we were there so we had to turn the cold water off in the bathroom meaning we couldn't use the washing machine or cold tap in the bathroom). There also weren't sheets for the sofa bed, but again the owner got back to us quickly and provided them for our second night.

Lovely accommodation

Location is superb. Modern, clean accommodation. Lots of storage. We loved the outdoor covered terrace and we ate every meal outside. Fabulous holiday!

There was nothing we didn't like! A mop would have been helpful but otherwise the accommodation was very well equipped. The stairs are very narrow and steep.

Appartement correct mais perfectible

L’appartement est idéalement situé, tout près de la mer, et très facile d’accès en voiture depuis le centre-ville. La résidence est plutôt sympa même si elle a davantage une ambiance estivale qu’hivernale, avec son terrain de pétanque et son barbecue qui doivent être très agréables en été. Les chambres étaient propres et, dans l’ensemble, le séjour s’est très bien passé.

Quelques points négatifs tout de même : Les draps et serviettes sont en supplément et représentent un coût non négligeable. Le système de réservation de ce service est en plus assez peu intuitif. Il est parfois difficile de savoir quoi commander sans avoir vu les chambres auparavant : une chambre a un vrai lit double, l’autre deux lits simples rapprochés (il faut alors impérativement prendre deux draps simples, car les lits ne permettent pas d’utiliser un drap housse double). Enfin, le disjoncteur saute régulièrement quand on utilise le grille-pain en même temps que le lave-vaisselle ou un autre appareil puissant, ce qui s’est révélé assez pénible.

Dommage, déception!

L’emplacement top! L’appartement en lui même était top.

La propreté, des odeurs désagréables d’urine d’animaux, des problèmes d’évacuation de la douche ce qui a inondé la salle de bain. Et malheureusement pas de réactivité physique du gestionnaire qui nous a simplement répondu qu’il fallait attendre notre départ pour intervenir. Même pas un geste commercial pour les gênes occasionnées.

Très bon séjour espère pouvoir le re loué l'année prochaine .

résidence très bien, proche de la plage ( 4 minutes a pied). un extérieur qui apporte un confort de location supplémentaire. local poubelle a proximité et réservé aux résidents. Parking pour le stationnement . je recommande cette location .

pas de souci particulier petit bémol le four fait sauter le tableau électrique (a contrôler ). manque une petite machine a laver qui serai appréciable , pour les personnes avec des enfants en bas âge, a la place du mini lave vaisselle moins utile d' après moi .

c'est près de la mer et le quartier est beau et calme,le monsieur est très gentil.

Comme on n’a pas de voiture , c’est un peu compliqué pour aller dans le centre-ville car c’est un peu loin .

Très appréciable et le temps était de la partie 🌞

L’accueil, des propriétaires sympathiques et souriants et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Le logement est proche de tout : plage, casino, restaurant, magasin, expo..etc

De légères remarques sur le logement dont nous avons fait part aux propriétaires. Mais, rien de bien méchant 😉☺️☺️
