Dans un jardin parfaitement équipé pour le repos, spacieuse location très propre où rien ne manque, à 5 mn à pied de la plage d'où l'on peut rejoindre Cabourg ( Casino, centre, ...) par la promenade Marcel Proust. Contacts chaleureux (mails, téléphone) avec la propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Location recommandée.

Un mail d'informations détaillées quelques jours avant la date du séjour... Maison très très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable, jardin et terrasse à l'arrière... Calme assuré... Une bouteille de Champagne en guise de bienvenue... Une propriétaire discrète, aux petits soins pour ses locataires... Proximité de la mer et de la grande promenade piétonne en front de mer, toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour assurer un séjour des plus agréables... Location à recommander!!!

Nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement par la propriétaire qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires (petites attentions à l'arrivée ) afin que leur séjour se passe bien, c'est rare et très agréable. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable et conforme à la description - très bonne organisation au niveau du rangement - Très proche de la plage - Nous avons donc passé un excellent 1er séjour en Normandie même si le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter au maximum du jardin et du barbecue. Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire très chaleureusement. Elle est très agréable et très disponible. La maison est très propre, bien aménagée avec 3 grandes chambres et très bien exposée tout près de la mer et d'une magnifique plage de sable fin. Cabourg est une ville touristique avec beaucoup de belles villas et très fleurie. Nous avons apprécié la Normandie sous un beau soleil. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette jolie maison.

Si l''on a pas envie de prendre la voiture, on peut rester dans le jardin, à profiter des transats ou faire une promenade le long de la plage, à pieds ou à vélo! Notre séjour a été très agréable et la propriétaire est très gentille."

"Das Haus war wie beschrieben sehr sauber und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Bilder geben das Haus sehr gut wieder. Der Fernseher ist inzwischen gegen einen groesseren Flachbildschirm getauscht worden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr nahe zum Meer (<3min zu Fuß), dafür ist das Stadtzentrum etwa 25min zu Fuß entfernt. Schade ist, dass kein Baecker in der Naehe ist, aber das ist der einzige Nachteil."

Ne pas se fier aux photos du site qui sont décevantes. TV à écran plat et four grill/micro ondes présents dans la maison (cf commentaires du locataire précédant).Acces à la mer en 3mn, très calme, à conseiller."
