A wonderful spring break

We stayed at the property for a week in April, it was our first trip away since pre covid. We had a fabulous time, the house is great (really well equipped, fab location and the garden was a particular hit with the kids) and the area is beautiful. 2 mins walk to the beach too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Stephanie is very kind and helpful too.

Un grand merci à Stéphanie, la maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Malgré une première semaine de météo variable ! nous sommes allés marcher sur la plage tous les jours et surtout , mes trois grands footeux ont profité à fond du très grand jardin. Deuxième semaine plein soleil avec une dernière nuit pleine d'étoiles filantes. Merci aussi de la part de nos amis à quatre pattes ;) A bientôt

A beautiful house with a huge garden in a quiet street, only two minutes from the beach. Bakery and supermarket are nearby and easy to reach. To Cabourg it´s a nice 15 min walk on the beach promenade. We enjoyed the stay there very much, it was a nice holiday in the "coup de vente"!

Maison spacieuse, salon très agréable, nous avons également apprécié le grand jardin. Equipement de cuisine très complet quoiqu'un peu hétéroclite. La literie est très bonne. Deux petits bémols toutefois : la douche peu pratique et le manque de plan de travail dans la cuisine. La plage est à 5 mn à pied. On s'y trouve dans une partie beaucoup moins fréquentée que celle de Cabourg (la plage surveillée est à 200 m environ). Supermarché à 3 mn en voiture. Quartier très sûr et très tranquille. Petit club nautique à proximité (Varafrogs). Nous conseillons un séjour à Varaville où nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Très belle propriété normande, parfaitement bien entretenue, où il ne manque rien et où il fait bon vivre. Cette location convient merveilleusement à toutes les générations et à toutes les situations familiales ou amicales. Avec trois vraies chambres et trois vrais bons lits, un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine très bien équipée, une salle de bains complète, 2 WC, des jardins arborés de 1 200 m², cette location offre tous les plaisirs de la vie commune avec tout le confort de l'intimité. Le calme absolu d'un quartier pavillonnaire à 1OO m. de la plage, avec la multitude des loisirs et promenades de proximité apportent tout ce que l'on peut attendre pour passer de bonnes vacances. La visite des monuments et des lieux historiques, la gastronomie, l'animation, la diversité et la qualité des commerces dans les villes proches sont très appréciables pour quitter la plage. Cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire est d'une gentillesse extrême.

C'était notre quatrième séjour et on ne s'en lasse pas. Une maison accueillante et chaleureuse avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable. Un grand terrain pour les parties de foot. Plein de jouets pour les enfants et d'une année sur l'autre nos petits-enfants s'en souviennent. La plage à côté. Et la propriétaire tout à fait charmante.

Votre maison- et son grand jardin- est parfaite et charmante, on s'y sent comme chez soi! Maison parfaite pour notre famille de 5 personnes, plage à 100 mètres à pieds, petit commerce de friandise pour les enfants. Jardin parfait pour tout le monde, foot, volley, tennis....maison idéale avec tout le confort nécessaire. pensez à visiter le périmètre avec vos enfants, il y a pleins d'activités (poney, kayak......). Madame Romeuf super accueillante et arrangeante. Pour faire bref super vacances et maison idéale pour les familles de tout âges. N'hésitez pas à faire votre location.

Si vous recherchez le calme et la nature, vous apprécierez cette maison familiale et confortable à 200 m de la plage et à 1km5 de Cabourg. On ne se lasse pas des promenades sur la digue - promenade Marcel Proust. Ce séjour d'une semaine en mars 2016 fût vivifiant mais très ensoleillé. Que du bonheur ! Très bonnes vacances en famille (Ma femme,mes 2 enfants, mes 2 teckels et moi) dans cette maison familiale Cabourgeaise.: maison avec 3 chambres spacieuses, cuisine avec équipement suffisant pour cuisiner le poisson local, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, wifi pour les enfants, lave vaisselle,(machine à laver et séchoir pas utilisés)grand jardin clos facile pour les 2 chiens et sécurisant. localisation idéale 200 m de la plage ,1,5 km du centre de cabourg par une belle digue, qq kilomètres du pays d'auge , de ses beaux villages ( Beuvron en auge ,Beaumont en auge, de la route du cidre et du calvados, des jardins du pays d'auge et des jardins de Vendeuvre.Propriétaire très sympathique , bien organisée (Documentation locale avec restaurant ,site intéressant, mode d'emploi de l'électroménager,code la wifi...) qui vous accueil avec des petites surprises locales (Encore merci). Cabourg avec ses belles villas ,le grand hôtel,son casino, on adore et la maison "En coup de vent" est un point de chute à conseiller. Venez découvrir la côte fleurie et l'arrière pays d'auge mais pas en coup de vent, savourez votre plaisir. C'est une maison familiale confortable et chaleureuse où l'on se sent bien. Je cherchais quelque chose proche de la mer avec beaucoup d'espace pour y passer 15 jours avec mes petits enfants pendant que les parents travaillaient. C'était idéal ne présentant aucun danger pour des enfants petits (2 et 4 ans) Suivant les dates, je relouerais volontiers l'année prochaine.

1 semaine au calme qui a conquis toute la famille : les enfants ont largement profité du jardin et de la plage pour des jeux de plein air, les grands parents ont adoré les promenades le long de la mer et l'environnement privilégié avec de belles maisons normandes, les parents ont pu alterner repos et activités familiales. Cabourg est une destination animée, agréable, tout en restant à taille humaine. La maison a du charme, elle est spacieuse pour 6 et très agréable à vivre. Une bonne adresse.

Une vraie maison familiale avec un charme authentique. Toute notre petite famille a adoré cette belle maison calme. Les enfants ont eu tout le loisir de s'amuser dehors ( grand terrain plat). Maison dans un quartier calme et à côté de la mer ( on s'y rend à pieds). On y retournera des que possible. Merci encore à l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
