The only negative was that we did not know we had to rent the linens (sheets and towels). Fortunately Isabelle had some available.

"Not often did we find such a chalet so close to the beach. The city of Cabourg is cosy and the old look & feel well captivated. You can hear the sea at night and within 100 mtrs you feel the sand undeneath your feet. We brought our 2 years old twin with us and the chalet has all the essential things needed for young children; washing machine, kids chairs, kids bed, nice garden/ place to play within restricted and locked area. That gives the parents some air to breath too. The furniture ofhe chalet is somewhat outdated, but functional. The owner is a very friendly person. She helped us whenever needed. But most of all, with a friendly chitchat from time to time!"
