Charm and elegance for this apartment in the heart of Cabourg in a typical Belle Epoque villa, "la Résidence des 2 Mondes".
Completely renovated in a chic and refined atmosphere, you have at your disposal all the necessary equipment to spend an unforgettable moment.
The extremely bright apartment is ideally located in the city center, to enjoy the shops and entertainment of Cabourg, as well as the beach and the casino a few steps away, while remaining very quiet.
South-east exposure.
The apartment is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of 4 to 6 friends, wishing to enjoy all the charm of Cabourg without taking the car.

Fully equipped kitchen: all equipments (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine + coffee maker, kettle, toaster ..., kitchen utensils, crockery for 6 people (even enough to prepare a seafood platter at home), storage cupboard.
Living room with sofa and armchairs, flat screen TV, books, board games, beach toys ... WI-FI. Table for lunch up to 6 people. 1 separated WC. 1 Balcony equipped with a lunch table.

- Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90X190cm that can transform into a bed 180X190cm, pillows, bed covers, duvets, wardrobe, with its adjoining shower room.
- Living room: sofa convertible into one bed 140X190cm, pillows, duvet.
Equipment available: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, Parasol, drying rack. Baby equipment: High chair, extra baby bed, changing mat, baby-bath.
A rental of electric bikes and trottinettes is possible in front of the house.
Provided: sheets, towels and tea towels.

For information, the common areas of the residence are being renovated (paintings), but the corridor leading to the apartment is almost finished, and the work is on hold, so there is no constraints.

In the heart of the city center, 50 m from avenue de la Mer, 200 m from the market place, 400 m from the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade and the casino. Thalassotherapy center 1200 m, 1800 m from the GOLF.
Access with Public transport:
The nearest airport is Deauville-Normandie Airport, 18 km from the property.
Sncf station: 15 minutes by foot

The cleaning was carried out before your arrival and will be carried out after your departure. Please put the dishes away before your departure and leave the pieces tidy.

Report all breakages (dishes, glasses and other objects) before leaving.
