You will appreciate the big terrace of 40 m2 full south and the well sheltered garden of 250 m2.
You will be seduced by the sea view and the beautiful sunsets; You may be lucky enough to see the 'green ray'.

The apartment, renovated, includes:

-SAY 30m2 (sea view), kitchen, + a separate sleeping area with bed 140 (duvet 220 * 240)

We had a Great stay in This apartement just next to The beach. Beautiful weather, garden in which Our children could play, walking distance from the city center. Restaurant at 200 meters for coffee in the morning or dinner at night. Free parking place, lost of kitchen utensils for cooking and toys for the kids.

We had a great time in this flat. Cabourg is a wonderful town and the beaches are amazing. The flat is nicely decorated and very well equipped. We enjoyed the large garden with view of the sea and the terrace very much. We can definitely recommend a stay here.

l'appartement est idéal pour passer un excellent séjour tant en famille qu'en couple. Il est très bien situé, et sa terrasse bien protégé permet de vivre si le temps le permet dehors. Nous avons passé une semaine charmante avec nos petits enfants. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, et si l'occasion se représente nous ne manquerons pas de retourner dans cet appartement.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un appartement très propre et très bien aménagé. Tout le matériel de cuisine y était. L'appartement est très pratique car au rez-de-chaussée et face à la mer. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Que demander de plus...y retourner peut-être!!!!

Nous sommes rentrés hier soir de notre semaine de vacances à Cabourg. Vacances de rêve : super appartement hyper cosy et spacieux! Gand jardin plein sud où nos petits déjeuners furent de véritables délices sous ces quelques rayons de soleil d'arrière saison! A recommander vivement à des familles avec enfants en bas âges. Car accès direct avec les poussettes dans le jardin sans devoir entrer dans la résidence. Un confort qu'on imagine même pas! Accueil par des propriétaires hyper sympas. Beaucoup de facilités sur place : chaise bébé, lit bébé, baignoire bébé, jeux de plages, jeux de société... et j'en passe! Super aussi pour y emmener le vélo grâce à cet accès direct. Et parfait pour des amateurs de planche avec l'accès on ne peut plus direct à la mer. Vacances top top top. On reviendra, c'est certain et je ne peux que le recommander autour de moi. Ce matin, la délicieuse baguette de chez "Dupont avec un thé" qui se trouve à 2 pas nous manque déjà. Merci pour ces vacances réussies. Sophie et Xavier

Très agréable séjour, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous car l'appartement correspondait à ce que nous attendions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse bien abritée du vent où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un boulanger à proximité. Nous avons adoré les couchers de soleil sur la mer lorsque nous étions dans la pièce principale et la proximité de la plage. Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec le propriétaire et notre souhait est de revenir très prochainement.
