City gas heating with cast iron radiators.
Wifi, connected TV.
Garden side: garden furniture + teak table and chairs + deckchair. Barbecue.
Immediate proximity to Dives sur Mer shopping center with Intermarché and Géant 5 min walk.
250m from the house possibility to rent bikes at Dives Evasion. Enclosed garden shed to store bicycles.
Parking: possibility to park 3 vehicles on the pavement in front of the house without difficulty.
Central location between Cabourg and Houlgate to explore the Côte Fleurie including Villers sur Mer, Deauville-Trouville.
Your arrival and departure will be taken care of by the concierge and you will have the possibility on request to rent bed and household linen (for a fee).

A deposit check of 1200€ will be requested and returned after the inventory of fixtures at the end of the contract.
