Comfortable apartment (with WIFI included) 38m2 on the 3rd and last floor of a beautiful Norman residence Sec Clos Mathilde overlooking the park Aquilon. The residence is located 300 m from the sea with secure access by a pedestrian path, 15 minutes walk from the center and the Grand Hotel, 300 m from the thalassotherapy. It has a very nice balcony (with 4 chairs + table), quiet and not overlooked with beautiful views and unobstructed.
