About this house rental

Cottage very pleasant to live for 5 people, it has a beautiful garden and a south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind.
It counts 2 rooms and a room of water / WC on the floor and stay cooks on the rdc.
Very quiet it is located in a large secure residence with direct access to the sea and near the Thalasso.
The city center is also close, about 20 minutes walk by the promenade M. Proust

Petite maisonnette pleine de charme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le jardin était particulièrement agréable avec la météo parfaite qu'on a eue. L'emplacement permet d'aller rapidement à la mer et au centre ville à pied. La salle de bain est comme sur la photo, petite et fonctionnelle. Tout s'est très bien passé pour nous. Je recommande.

Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour. C'est un logement très agréable et bien équipé pour une famille avec des enfants. Je reviendrai certainement avec plaisi. Merci également pour la personne qui gère l'arrivée et le départ du logement.

Le jardin aurait mérité d'être entretenu avant notre arrivée. Salle de bain très petite et notamment la cabine de douche où il est nécessaire d'avoir un chausse-'ventre' pour accéder au bac. 1 Lampe de chevet non fonctionnelle (prise électrique). Le monsieur qui assure l'accueil est très gentil et disponible.

Logement bien situé et pratique pour une famille

Connaissant la ville, nous avons été ravis de la location du bien, à la fois proche de la plage et un peu en retrait du centre-ville. Le logement est fonctionnel, chambres et salle de bain à l’étage et pièce de vie (cuisine/salon au rdc) et le petit jardin est un vrai plus. Le temps en Normandie étant toujours incertain, il est fort agréable de pouvoir profiter d’un petit extérieur privatisé. En août difficile de se garer proche du cottage. On arrive cependant souvent se garer dans la résidence. L’accueil est agréable et la personne est de bon contact et disponible. Idem pour le propriétaire. La souplesse sur l’heure de départ midi au lieu de 11h a été fort appréciable avec un nouveau né. Sécurisé l’étage pour des enfants serait un plus mais hormis cela rien à redire! Mon mari cuisinant beaucoup manquait un peu d’ustensiles. Mais c’est histoire de dire. Bref ne réfléchissez pas si vous souhaitez profiter de la ville à pied, la location est top, ce qui est mis à disposition également et le prêt de matériel (vélos même si nous les avons pas utilisé), de seau et pelle pour les plus petits est appréciable. Merci pour le sèche cheveux et aux uns et aux autres de laisser à ceux qui suivent, du sel du sucre...Nous nous avons laissé des pastilles de lave vaisselle, une serpillière, chocolat en poudre... Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Das Appartement liegt ruhig mitten in einer Residenz mit lauter Reihenhäuschen. Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet und für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern (5 und 9) genau richtig gross. Unschlagbar ist die Lage zum Meer (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Einziger Nachteil: das Bad (vor allem die Dusche) ist sehr klein. Für kurze Stecken bietet das Häuschen auch 3 Fahrräder und ein Verleih ist ganz in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Location très bien située dans un endroit calme, proche à la fois de la mer et du centre ville de Cabourg. Le gîte est très propre, et le fait de pouvoir manger dehors est un vrai plus. Seul petit reproche au niveau des équipements, il manque un fer et une table à repasser. Autre inconvénient, la couverture réseau dans le cottage est mauvaise (absence de 3G/4G quelque soit l'opérateur), et le Wifi serait un plus. Cordialement.

La maison est située très au calme dans une résidence fermée, la plage et la promenade du front de mer sont à 3mn à pieds et le centre de Cabourg rapidement accessible à pieds ou à vélo par les pistes cyclables : nous avons passé un séjour très reposant avec nos jeunes enfants ! Les 2 chambres séparées sont très pratiques pour loger en famille et la terrasse orientée Sud ouverte sur le petit jardin permet de déjeuner au soleil confortablement même lors des journées ventées du printemps! L'accueil est très sympathique et flexible. Seul bémol : la maison manque un peu de rangement.
