A lovely, well-designed property including a garden receiving plenty of sunshine and an airy, light and spacious glass fronted main room with huge doors onto the garden. Close to the town and its excellent boulangeries and market. A few mins down to the beach and an amazing location for runs along the coast, walks along the seafront, relaxed days of reading and eating and drinking to your heart's content. Supremely well-equipped kitchen, large fridge for all the cheese, fresh vegetables, Sancerre and champagne required, Second visit and as lovely as the first one. Terrific value too, Quiet, ultra-stylish neighbourhood but you can be sipping coffee on the pavement or out for an early evening glass of something inside five mins, Location, facilities, friendly welcome and overall ambience absolutely fab! Will be back I hope.

A lovely stay in a modern, light-filled, perfectly-sized property with a great garden for outdoors eating and relaxing. Well located for the the beachfront, boulangeries and restaurants; yet perfectly quiet at night.

This small house has all that's needed. It is placed very quiet behind the houses in front of the street, with a gravel walk towards the garden door. Inside there's all that common comfort you could ask for - including air condition for every sleeping room and the big room (can't really call it living room, because with the big sliding glass doors you can make it part of the garden). These glass doors are also helpful for cooling down the rooms. At least in the early season you can get a comfortable temperature when opening the doors in the evening. Not 5 minutes to the market halls, another 3 minutes to the central street with shops and restaurants - almost perfect. 10 minutes to the beach. Walking, not driving. But, aside from this, we claim that Cabourg has much more CHARME than the everywhere praised Trouville. It's very touristic (and dingy) there. We really liked to potter in Cabourg in the evenings ...

Excellent séjour à Cabourg avec nos enfants

La petite maison avec terrasse est située en arrière plan d'une rue très calme, à 5 mn à pieds de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer un excellent séjour (marché, commerces, plage !) et nul besoin de prendre la voiture. Autre bon point pour notre séjour avec 2 enfants (5 et 2 ans) : livres, jeux et dvd enfants sont disponibles (ainsi qu'une machine à laver et un sèche-linge !). L'ensemble est très propre, bien agencé. Un grand merci à Laurence pour la qualité et la rapidité des échanges, ainsi que pour la bouteille de cidre :-) Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Idéalement située à 3 minutes à pieds des plages et du centre ville, la maison est très bien aménagée et s'avère excessivement pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes. L'accueil était très sympa avec une gentille attention (bouteille de vin local). Merci beaucoup !

Le bon goût dans la simplicité. Hormis un petit voilage dans la véranda pour nous préserver de quelques possibles regards voisins et 1 ou 2 espaces de rangement dans la chambre de 2 lits ( par exemple sous les lits) cette location est vraiment très agréable. Une bonne adresse à garder!!! Frédéric

c'est avec un grand plaisir que je reviens tous les ans dans cette maison; un rêve de vie et de repos; rien ne manque; j'ai apprécié cette année le nouveau parasol et très protecteur du soleil; un bon point la fermeture de la porte donnant sur la rue, une très bonne idée et sécurisante; agréable terrasse pour les déjeuners et diners avec le barbecue; que dire de plus ON Y VA LES YEUX FERMES.

Notre séjour avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge était parfait. La maison est proche des commerces et de la plage, nous avons tout fait à pied. Elle est très bien équipée pour faire à manger, très propre et la présence d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge est très bien même pour peu de temps avec de jeunes enfants. Le petit jardin permet aux enfants de courir en sécurité même par temps gris.

Maison dans une cours arrière, avec une belle terrasse. Bien situé dans Cabourg, près du marché, restaurant, Et la mer. Tout se fait à pied. La Maison est bien équipé et les lits sont confortables. On croyait avoir deux salles de bain complète. J'ai mal compris l'annonce il y a une toilette WC sans lavabo dans la cuisine. Pour 4 adultes.

Nous avons passé récemment un séjour d'une semaine dans cette location. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous, dans cette location très bien située tout près du centre et de la mer ( pas besoin de voiture, tout se fait à pied) ; la maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, hyper propre et très fonctionnelle ; rien ne manque ; les portes coulissantes de la véranda s'ouvrent sur le jardin très bien aménagé où nous passions beaucoup de temps pour les repas, la lecture ou le farniente , ce qui fut très agréable Merci à Laurence, la propriétaire des lieux qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse, ce qui est un véritable "plus" et la bouteille de cidre en cadeau de bienvenue a été très appréciée. Si nous revenons à Cabourg, c'est ici que nous poserons nos valises. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus
