Welcome to this quiet and neat residence with a beautiful sea view. The sailing center is in front of the apartment.
The accommodation on the 2nd floor (with elevator) is very well laid out and equipped: bright living room with two balconies (one overlooking the sea equipped with garden furniture, the other on the interior garden; convertible leather sofa, 102 cm LED TV, kitchen with all the equipment (classic oven, micro-onde_vitro ceramic oven-fridge, dishwasher, toaster..); toilet; bathroom with bathtub and washing machine; bedroom with double bed mattress of 80 cm each.
Leave your car in the closed box in the basement to go to the nearby hôtel_casino_centre city or walk along the seaside along the Marcel PROUST promenade to go to the thalassotherapy.
Bicycle storage is available.
Minimum rental 3 nights and week July August
CABOURG is the starting point for the Normandy countryside, the flowery coast, the landscapes of the Impressionists (DEAUVILLE, HONFLEUR, ETRETAT-CAEN), Mont SAINT MICHEL (one hour away by free motorway), the D-DAY beaches (Sword Beach 14.3 kms-Juno beach 21.5 kms, CAEN MEMORIAL°), the world of horses (racecourse CABOURG AND DEAUVILLE), romantic cinema in June (DEAUVILLE: American cinema September)
Book for the anniversary dates of the D-DAY landings and the romantic film festival in CABOURG in June).
In the summer the city sets up a Mickey Mouse club on the beach for children: from the balcony on your right you can see them.
The owner remains at your disposal to provide you with any further information.
