About this apartment rental

Flat T3 of 45m ² env. on the 1st floor of a typical Norman residence.
Quiet area ideally located.
Close to sea and beach (5 mn by feet).
Near covered market and central shopping street (6 mn by feet).
Pleasant and comfortable bright three-room apartment for 5/6 people (+ baby bed available, sun beds)
Modern living room with large south-facing balcony, sofa bed
Two beautiful bedrooms - 1 with double bed adults - 1 with 2 pull-out beds
Modern equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, utensils etc ....) -
Bathroom with bath and WC + separate WC on the entrance.
Flat screen TV + DVD player + Internet and WIFI -
Free parking around the residence.

Nb: Beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
Linen and sheets are not provided.
Housekeeping can be provided as an option (please advise us)
Fifth year of rental.
All year round, weekend, holidays and school holidays available
Arrival Saturday lunchtime, departure Saturday before 10 am.

Appartement très bien situé à 5/10 min à pieds du centre ville. Logement très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, possibilité de se garer juste devant la résidence. Je recommande cette location.
