It was the most satisfied hotel I ever stay. We booked the room with one king and one single bed and it only cost us hundred plus for one room. Pros: - Fully equipped, with sofa, table, TV, fridge, makeup table, smart toilet seat, hair dryer, iron. - The hotel is new and clean. - Have partial sea view from the toilet. Beside hotel got a way to go beside the sea and enjoy the sea view. - walking distance to penang city hall Cons: - No parking included, have to pay from 8am to 6pm with RM1.20 per hour. - The bathtub hot water become cold after some time. And need some time for it to reheat.

Just a short Grab ride away from the nightlife & hawker street food etc. Nearly new hotel. Can recommend. They advertise blackout curtains but you can see from the pic it's not so if you need that just be aware.

The room size is just nice, beds and blankets are super comfy and thick, smells very good as well. The toilet is spacious with separated shower and toilet area, theres concrete bath tub in the shower area where i think its a slight deduct for families that are travelling with elderly because the bathtub wall is quite high and slippery with no steps to step on. I was impressed by the smart toilet bowl, with night light and washing feature. Theres drinking water dispenser on each floor and lobby area where u can fill ur bottles which is a big thumbs up.The hotel has 0 facilities. No pool no gym no public places other than the lobby. Other than that, the location of the hotel is super strategic , sits right at the esplanade of Georgetown, 10-15mins walk to beach street and lebuh chulia area.
