About this cottage rental
This detached three bedroomed holiday home is tucked away in the heart of the picturesque town, close to the quayside, shops and eateries in Wells. 4 Odd Fellows Court is not only perfectly placed but boasts a south facing garden, a private designated parking space and a ground floor single bedroom. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor a king size room with a full sized wooded cot and a good sized twin room with two full size single beds. The open living area has a fully fitted kitchen leading to the bright sunny sitting/dining area with large French doors leading to the south facing garden perfect for alfresco dining. Just a few moments walk from the quayside, with a variety of shops or in the opposite direction and just as close, is The Buttlands a Georgian square with two fabulous pubs The Crown and The Globe.
Ground Floor
Kitchen: a fully fitted well equipped galley style kitchen with fully integrated appliances, gas oven and hob, fridge with icebox freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
Open Plan Sitting/Dining room: a large bright room with French doors leading to the south facing garden. The sitting area has a large tv cupboard with Smart TV with recordable Freesat and radio. There is a cottage style two seater sofa and 3 chairs, a large dining table with bench seating, stairs leading to the first floor and doors leading to...
Bathroom: with bath with shower over, wash basin, wc, radiator and towel rail above.
Utility cupboard: located under the stairs with basic essentials.
Bedroom 3: a full sized single bed with chest of drawers, bedside lamp and window looking out to south facing garden.

The stairs are not steep, with a hand rail on the landing is a high chair and a hanging rail.

There is a one private parking space located on Newgate Lane (adjacent) marked with a number 4, next to archway leading to Oddfellow court. The front door to 4 Oddfellows is accessed via Clubbs Lane or walking through Oddfellows Court onto Clubbs Lane.
4 Oddfellows has a great fully enclosed outside seating area in the well maintained south facing garden with patio, topiary, shrubs and wooded tables and chairs.
