About this cottage rental
Quayside is a charming first floor apartment, over two floors, with stunning views across Wells harbour and out to sea. There is a sociable open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with picture windows overlooking the iconic Wells quayside. The apartment is an ideal retreat for a relaxing seaside break. The apartment is within a short walk of all Wells has to offer, including a great selection of independent shops and a variety of places to eat. Wells beach and Holkham National Nature Reserve are a 20 minute walk down the esplanade. Quayside has some of the best views in Wells and also has the advantage of a small designated parking space close by.

Entrance hall: with storage for coats and shoes and stairs to first floor leading from the hallway.
First Floor
Open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area: with windows giving lovely double aspect views across the harbour and sea beyond.
Kitchen area: fully equipped shaker style kitchen, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and plenty of stylish open shelving.
Dining area: the dining area has an amazing window over looking the quay with table and chairs, an ideal place to sit and take in the sea view.
Sitting area: with lovely harbour views, stripped floorboards and beamed ceilings. There is a comfortable sofa, two occasional chairs, side tables, bookcase, radio and Smart TV.
Utility Room: with a washing machine and a condenser dryer as well as space for air drying laundry.
Cloakroom: with WC and hand basin.
Bathroom: with bath set into the recess with shower over, wash basin and WC.
Second Floor
The bedrooms are located up separate stairways, so there's no access between them without going downstairs.
Bedroom 1: a spacious room with original beams, double bed, bedside tables and lamps, plenty of wardrobe and storage space and window overlooking the quay.
Bedroom 2: a good-sized room with lovely views, two full size twin beds, bedside table and chest of drawers.
Please note: All bedding is hypoallergenic. There is a travel cot and a high-chair

Literally steps to the quay and a short walk to shops and eateries. There is a designated parking space for one small car nearby. Please note that the space is 13ft long x 6ft 3" wide - not suitable for a large car.
