Super location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastguards Boathouse. It was nice and warm, showers were great and the location was very convenient. With parking available, so that we were able to walk into Wells-next-the sea and enjoy the local amenities.

Lovely little place in a nice quiet location.
Location was nice and quiet, hosts were very responsive to issues encountered and dealt with things swiftly. Great for running up the coast path towards Stiffkey or Hunstanton.
It was nice but a little expensive for the size of the place and time of year.

Loved the layout , two toilets with showers ,one bedroom. En-suite, everything was of good quality

I know it cant be changed because there is a large dog community that visits wells next the sea but we don't have a dog, so for me dog free premises would be preferable.

Smart property in a residential area of Wells.
Lovely renovated and decorated property with nice touches. Comfortable throughout, good to find milk, tea, biscuits and coffee on arrival. All basics provided - dishwasher tabs, toilet roll, etc. Very close to all amenities of Wells.
Solar gain on fully glazed south-facing frontage leads the property to become very hot inside when sunny. Needs air conditioning.

Great location and attention to detail
Parking great. Short walk to the town. Quiet and able to sit out in private space. Milk and flowers added by the host. Good quality bedding. Good amount of equipment in the kitchen.
Couldn’t adjust the shower control to make it less hot, but good shower flow
