Location and parking outside. Juliet balcony kept lounge cool. Well equipped and good size bathrooms.
Kettle needs replacing bit rusty and full of limescale. Shower heads need a good clean again full of limescale so flow is weak and uneven. Sink in the en-suite is too small

The property is well located and clean, this place accepts dogs and to its credit you can’t tell in terms or any smells etc.
The mattress (single bed) was well used and could ideally do with replacement, I had a couple of average sleeps.
