Great house in a perfect location for a special family occasion. Bedrooms perfect for accommodating large family groups. The beds are very comfortable. The open space downstairs is perfect for us to be together and also for people to break off to catch up. Well stocked with kitchen equipment & board games.
Organisation of the kitchen and the frequently used equipment too high and difficult to reach!! There aren’t any sofa beds - luckily we had 2 young adults in the group that didn’t mind sleeping on the floor on the mattresses provided. We thought the area in the kitchen with the sofa & table could be utilised better to accommodate a sofa bed 😊

A very enjoyable stay and look forward to booking the property again in the future
Property ideally situated for access to amenities in Wells and very spacious.
4 people were originally intended to stay but only 3 could make it. Only one set of towels provided, luckily 2 of us brought along towels so not a problem. I assume this may be a communication issue but hope that the next time we book all the bedrooms have towels on the bed.

Comfortable accommodation in the perfect location
The house was warm and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped (couldn't find any weighing scales though) and the beds were so comfortable I looked to see the make for future reference! Good communication from the host. We enjoyed our stay. Will most likely return.
The stairs were incredibly steep. Duvets were "lumpy".
