Location, parking, comfy beds, items left for us including dishwasher tablets and carrier bags and particularly the conservatory where all eight of us regularly sat and ate and chatted.
Maybe one more bathroom as six of us were sharing one, but this is a minor criticism.

Lovely homely, comfortable property. Four toilets in all, very useful if 6-8 people staying. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking utensils. Big dining table in the conservatory. Great location near the seafront. Towels, washing up liquid and soap provided.
The stairs are very big and steep, could be difficult for people with mobility issues. You have to drive into the long stay portion of the car park to access the gates to the property where you then have to open the gates to drive in. It’s quite a tight squeeze for 3 cars and would be a bit awkward if you were wanting to use all 3 cars every day. Luckily we were only using one of the 3 cars we arrived in so kept that one by the gates.
