Set entirely on one level, Millbrae is a comfortable base for families, work stays, and longer visits, with a well-equipped kitchen, flexible sleeping space, and free parking right outside. A short walk from local shops and a 20 minute walk to central Lerwick, it offers a quiet residential setting while keeping Shetland’s coast, countryside, and town highlights within easy reach.
Inside, Millbrae is designed for easy, comfortable stays, with all rooms arranged on the ground floor. The living area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax after a day exploring, while the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home and includes a dining table for shared meals.
The home has three bedrooms: one king room, one double room, and one single room with a pull-out trundle, giving you flexible sleeping arrangements for families, friends, or colleagues staying together. The family bathroom includes a shower over the bath, and a washing machine is provided for added convenience, especially on longer stays.
Outside, there are private front and rear gardens for guests to enjoy, and self check-in via lockbox makes arrival simple and stress-free. If you’re bringing a dog, the property is pet friendly for up to two dogs, with a fee applying.
