這個地點用uber叫計程車很方便，房內電器很周全，要微波加熱非常方便，還有電子衣櫥，吃完燒烤或鍋物回家放進去消毒除臭很好用！
周遭大部分是住宅區算安靜，剛好都沒有遇到其他房客，只有一兩天有聽到樓上的聲音，但牆壁窗戶隔音不太好，住宿這幾天都有聽到暴走族跟救護車的聲音，如果睡眠容易受影響的可能要考慮一下，但我跟朋友是睡得很好。 周圍沒有超商，回去房間如果臨時還想吃東西需要走一下，走道空間非常小，房型跟圖片不太一樣，放了床就只剩一個人走路的空間，還有兩個很大的桌子就更擠了，我們住三個人，29吋行李箱沒辦法全部打開，只能一次開一個，回程整理行李非常不方便。

地點很好，離千代縣廳口捷運站5分鍾左右的步行距離，房間設備新，很乾淨，周遭很安靜
沒有電梯，行李會需要搬上樓，空間略小，無法同時打開兩個28吋大行李
