住宿點離中州川端站很近，而且沿路有百貨、美食、唐吉軻德，很棒

隔音比較不好，隔壁棟、外面的聲音很清楚，三樓是睡覺房間，廁所是在一二樓，晚上睡到一半想廁所要跑到二樓

열쇠 보관함 열고, 사용하기까지 어려움이 있었다는 후기들이 종종 있었는데 자물쇠 여는 방법만 확실히 알아두면 어려울 건 없더라고요! 미닫이 문 손잡이 위/아래 열쇠 구멍이 있어서 두 개 다 닫고, 여는 걸 잊지 않으면 어려울 건 없었어요. 침실/화장실은 4인이 여행하기에 충분한 공간이었어요. 3층에 있는 2층 침대도 싱글 침대가 아니라 넓어서 좋았고요! 왠만한 텐진 시내는 다 걸어서 다닐 만큼 접근성도 좋았습니다.

체크인 하자마자 1층 바닥에 머리카락부터 먼지까지 너무 많았어서... 아예 청소를 안했나? 싶었어요. 그 외에도 환기가 잘 되지 않은 상태라, 들어가자마자 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났는데 1층 현관문 제외한 다른 창문들에는 방충망이 없어서 환기 시키기도 쉽지 않았어요. 외부 청소 업체를 사용하시는 것 같은데 청소는 더 신경써주셔야 할 것 같아요. (1층 바닥에 잠깐 핸드폰 뒀었는데, 짧은 사이에 액정에 먼지가 엄청 달라붙어 있을 정도였습니다.) 또, 바로 옆 B방의 대화 내용이 들릴 정도로 방음이 되지 않는게 아쉬웠어요. 캐리어를 펼쳐놓고 자유롭게 쇼핑한 것들 정리하기에도 공간이 조금 협소해서 1층~2층 계속 오르락 내리락 했던 것도 아쉬웠습니다. 다음에 가면 그냥 좁더라도 단층 숙소를 선택할 것 같아요.

壁が薄い。 3階にトイレが無い。 2段ベットの上の人が動いたら、音が凄い。 起きたら、ダニかに刺されてた。 換気扇周りの埃が凄い。

We like the proximity to the station and that we can walk underground via hotel okura to get there. Like that it is 3 min away fr Lawson, with a lovely bakery along the way. Like that it's about 3mins away fr Shin Shin also. The property manager was also very kind and replies immediately to queries. Even came to the unit to ensure our internet issue was resolved.

The cleanliness was lacking big time. Aircons and vents are dirty you can see the dust and smell the mold. Cooking range has spider webs. And worst, there was a cockroach crawling in the family on our 1st night there! Beds was not prepped properly (duvets on top bunks were just folded), making us wonder (with all the other cleanliness issues) if they were even changed. Cabinets where the kitchen utensils were also smelled like they havent been cleaned for a while. Bath towels did not smell clean and quite thin. For a place that needed 6 hours to clean supposely (fr 11am to 5pm), it was very far from what we expected...oh, and toilet on the 1st floor is manual (gasp!), not japan standard. Only the 2nd floor toilet is.
