    방도 넓고, 깨끗했어요! 주변에 맛집도 많았고, 위치도 캐널시티 주변이라 좋았습니다. 단점은 무인운영이라 체크인 하기 전에 절차가 꽤나 복잡했어요

    전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다 처음에는 하카타역에서 찾아가는데 좀 헤맸지만 며칠지나고나서는 찾기 쉬웠습니다 아이와 함께 사용하기에 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았고 엘리베이터가 없는 2층이라 짐들고 올라가기엔 불편하지만 계단이 그리 높지는 않아 괜찮았습니다

    Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well prepared. The only suggestion I have is regarding the pillows. They were quite small and didn’t provide much cushioning. A bigger or firmer pillow would make the stay even more comfortable.

    Despite very high ratings and high price around *** USD for 2 nights, this is the worst place I've ever been in amongst all hotels and ***. We had 3 people and expected a proper sofa bed and bedding but there was only a foldable mattress instead of a proper sofa, and they didn't provide 3 set of pillows, which made it is impossible to sleep comfortably for the person who sleeps on the mattress. It is spacious and having a washing machine is a perk. However, there's no way for you to hang all the clothes properly indoor and outdoor. As there's no clothes pegs provided for outdoor hanging and in the bathroom despite having the thermo ventilator, there's only space for you to hang 1-2 clothings. Another issue is when we use the provided hairdryer on an independent electric socket, it occasionally caused power outage so there must be some problem regarding electricity. Good thing is they have a really fantastic customer service and they take our feedback seriously. Hope these problems will not happen to anyone anymore. Overall, *** per night for this property is kind of like a joke, and with that money you can have a better room and service in a 4-star hotel.
