The location is good and the parking is available.

Good location nearby Hakata station on a walk distance.

Easy to check in & out and easy to get in.

Room provided three medium beds in the unit where we still can have a small dining area, pantry. The size is good to three of us. Bed are comfy but the pillow are quite small and flat. Not my type. The apartment offers parking spaces and we were lucky we could park our car. Otherwise, owner advised we needed to go to other coin parking. Property do provide self check-in process and collection of room key and the entire process was easy as owner has already sent the procedures and notes clearly to my attention, so no problem at all. Thanks. The A/C machine worked well. No room cleaning service for our short stay but we were fine with this. Location is not close to center but it only take 15 mins to drive to center where you can get everything you want in Tenjin and Daimyo.

Pillow are not good. Need to change.

For old man like me near 80, it is very hard to work out such way of check in. Need more help.

Everything else was Okay part from how to get to the property from the station. I had to walk around for over an hour to find the property, asking many people. Also check in was too much for an old man
