Have problem with our luggage putting place as the room not meant for 3 with 3 luggage. Also, very puzzled why there wasn’t any cups for drinking.

I loved how close this hotel was to Hakata Station. It was so easy to get around. Plus, the room was much larger than I expected and very clean. It made my trip even more enjoyable.

今回の福岡旅行で利用させていただきましたが、結論から言うと「選んで正解」でした。
まず、博多駅からのアクセスが抜群です。駅から徒歩数分という好立地にあるため、観光やショッピングに出かける際も非常にスムーズでした。重い荷物を持っての移動だったので、この近さは本当に助かりました。
お部屋に入って一番驚いたのは、その広さです。都市部のホテルは手狭なことが多いですが、こちらはスーツケースを広げても十分なスペースがあり、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。また、清掃が隅々まで行き届いており、非常に清潔だった点も高評価です。
システム自体は無人運営でしたが、徒歩1分ほどの場所に管理事務所があり、何かあった際もすぐに対応していただける体制が整っていました。実際に問い合わせをした際も、非常に迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださり、無人でも全く不安を感じることなく快適に過ごせました。
立地、広さ、清潔感、そして安心のサポート体制。すべてにおいてクオリティが高く、次回の福岡旅行でも必ずこちらを利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

床很大很舒服 水也很大清洗得很快
衛生紙只有兩卷，三個人5天不夠用
後來有另外買衛生紙使用
有點靠近火車有點吵
希望能放個清淨機，蓋掉一點聲音
