    From a pricing perspective, the taxes and fees that Agoda charges was 45% of the cost of my stay! I am not sure how I missed this but was shocked when my credit card was charged. Please double check when booking. The check in is done via an iPad so you need to be able to speak English or Japanese which could be an issue for some Travellers. The place is tiny but okay for a solo traveler. Theres a set of stairs internally but there's nothing on the top floor which seems like a poor use of space. It was generally clean however some black hairs were in the bed - which I put down to minor cleaning errors. The sheets are flat sheets and kept coming out of the bed which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. The pillow felt old and flat which was bad for my neck. Its quiet due to being in a residential area but the walls are thin and I could hear all my neighbours throughout the night and when people are outside. Location wise was a short 7 minute walk to Hakata Station but on reflection, perhaps staying closer to the station is easier. Lastly, I saw photos of a washing machine but please note that there is NO washing machine here. I walked 10 minutes to a 24 hour one which had a combo washer dryer. Overall, I managed with what was provided. I would have to heavily reconsider whether I would want to stay here again as it was just an average stay.

    무엇보다 하카타역과의 접근성이 뛰어났고, 스기약국과 가까이 있어서 면세쇼핑도 요긴하게 했습니다. 입구통로가 좁은것과 화장실, 샤워실이 계단을 오르내려야 되는점을 제외하면 만족한 숙소입니다.
