Worst nightmare don't recommend others to come here

There is nothing to like property worsts of money and time its nightmare

It worst in online it shows 36 euro and wheen i pay they deducte 47.50 from my account and i have ti walk 1.5 km to collect key and came back its too difficult for a new in city

Disappointed but not surprised. We have seen it coming.

The private room and bed were clean and quite comfortable. Fairly new interiors. It was the cheapest option we’ve found (and that’s the best thing about this property). Very good localisation, you can get to almost any touristic attraction by foot.

There is NO warm water, and the shower head did not work. There were no hangers for the towels and no wardrobe (just a rack). Surprise surprise, the heating also did not work. The fridge somehow turned our yoghurt into ice. Little to no cleaning of the common spaces. During our stay someone from another room has broken the toilet seat and puked into the sink, subsequently clogging it. None of these issues were fixed and/or cleaned for two days when we have stayed there.

Neither the heating nor the air-conditioning worked. The sink was clogged. and there was no response to the complaint sent to the landlord. Only announcements and unauthorized charges for check out, even though we did not exceed the time limit. No recommended even at that prize. Beware of additional charges!!!!!

Malissimo!

Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente niente tranne la posizione,stanza squallida e sporca!

Tutto! Veramente tenuto malissimo e mal gestito! Il check in lontano,IN UN BUGIGATTOLO FATISCENTE,fatto da uno straniero che è pure arrivato in ritardo!E hanno il coraggio di chiedere 300 euro di caparra per eventuali danni!!! Nonché un elenco infinito di limitazioni e soldi da pagare per ogni minima variazione di prenotazione. Veramente mai mai visto un posto e un trattamento così indecoroso!

INQUIETANTE, che schifo

Niente , fa ribrezzo tutto.

Appena arrivati a Bologna avevo prenotato questo appartamento con cucina e camera , dalle foto carine , dopo essere riuscito a pianificare un appuntamento per prendere le chiavi a 15 minuti a piedi dalla casa , siamo arrivati , abbiamo trovato , sporco , lenzuola chiaramente già usate da qualcun’altro con capelli e addirittura peli , per non bastare c’erano 13 gradi , abbiamo pensato , va bene accendiamo i riscaldamenti, vado accendo e non partono , c’erano i condizionatori al muro ma senza telecomando ovvio , i fornelli non funzionano, le sedie erano state girate per “pulire” in terra ma appena ne ho girata una il cuscino è rimasto nel tavolo e la sedia nella mia mano , SE VOLETE BENE ALLA VOSTRA SALUTE , andate in hotel , fidatevi …. MAI PIÙ .

ES UNA ESTAFA!!!!

Para empezar, tuvimos que recoger las llaves a media hora andando del apartamento, el chico llegó tarde y tuvimos que esperar como 20 minutos para recogerlas. El chico vestía ropa sucia y daba un aspecto de suciedad terrible. En el local solo había dos sillas y lo tenían escondido con una reja. Llegamos al apartamento y las sábanas y toallas estaban sucias, la cama manchada y los enchufes descolgados. Olía fatal y era inviable quedarse ahí. Tuvimos que coger otro apartamento; hemos solicitado el reembolso y al contrario, nos han intentado quitar más dinero todavía.

Una casetta allegra

Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro a Bologna, prenotato con solo un giorno d'anticipo e super economico con aggiunta di una mancia non volontaria di 50€ (il signore che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è molto simpatico). Alla reception ci sono state consegnate le coperte che si sono ritrovate fondamentali nel corso della permanenza. La dimora presenta una cucina Open space e senza gas per scaldare o cenare un qualsiasi alimento, con continuità visiva con il soggiorno in condivisione (così come il bagno) con un altra camera per aiutare la socializzazione. Inoltre il suddetto appartamento presenta una rigenerante e forzata doccia fredda con l'impossibilità di avere acqua calda ma non ne abbiamo sentito il bisogno data la calorosa accoglienza riservataci. La camera sè presenta, un letto comodo e solido, con cuscini pieni di aria e null'altro. Inoltre è tanto dimeno che affacciata su un lussuoso solaio utilizzabile anche come frigorifero in inverno. Infine l'armadio è ampiamente attrezzato con grucce flessibili e armoniosamente fragili. In conclusione la recensione è estremamente positiva su questo appartamento che ci ha accompagnato accolto e coccolato durante la nostra permanenza di quattro giorni in quel Bolognese.

Niente....tutto è perfetto come come è stato trovato e lasciato. Non puoi chiedere a un Van Gogh di migliorare la sua arte.
