It has private access, which can be used either via the garage or the main entrance from the street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and offer a total area of 90 square metres. Upon entering the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen that will fulfil all your culinary needs during your stay, including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a separate guest WC. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and offers entertainment through a Smart TV with international satellite channels as well as free WiFi. From the living room, you can access a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sun and admire the view of Puerto de la Cruz and Loro Parque.
