Puerto de la Cruz country house on a 21.000 m2 plot, set in an Banana Plantation. If you are looking for a traditional country house with history and charm this is for you. It is an ample villa with good quality vintage furniture. New kithen with dishwasher. This villa is appreciated by travelers wanting peace and privacy, because the space and that enormous garden.
Large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture with views to the garden. There is also a roof with spectacular views to Puerto, Teide Peak and the sea. The house is situated on La Dehesa area, and to get to the house you must use a 240 metres Paved road and also a not paved road section. The house has fibre wifi. Private parking. This house offers great independence, but it is only a few minutes driving to the beach and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.
There is a TV room with Smart TV- 4K (3840x2160p). Bluetooth, 3 HDMI, 2 USB and ample sofa bed.

This was our second visit to this lovely villa, which we love. it was a great shame that no information pack was included in the villa, not even the details of the wifi code.

It’s definitely a well hidden gem. Some roads around can be a little narrow if you don’t quite know your way around, but that’s just one of the quirks of Tenerife. It’s nice and quiet, no noisy tourists around Some nature can sometimes come into the house, but again, it comes with the country you chose for your holiday. Communication with Ana and Laura was great - they were responsive and helpful with anything we needed.Kids loved their time in the swimming pool whilst we had some time to relax in the beautiful snug whilst still keep an eye on them through the window.

As many others have stated, this is a very peaceful location.
Despite being in Puerto de la Cruz, the only thing you can hear in the distance are some cockerels.
A hire car is recommended.
And last but not least a big thank you to Laura who was very helpful and answering all of my questions very quickly.

We came across this property by accident when searching the internet for a holiday property. How lucky were we?? A truly lovely, tranquil and welcoming home. The 5 of us including 3 teenagers aged 19, 16 and 13 all loved it. Close enough to the beach and other attractions when needed, but far enough away to get a true feel for North Tenerife.We were glad that we hired a car, although we didnt use it everyday, but it did make it easier for getting around and shopping.The pool, although unheated did warm up naturally and was very welcome both morning and evening.Owners Andreas and Isabelle were very welcoming and whilst we didnt need to ask for anything they were living nearby and were available all week, incuding delivering a surprise package of fresh croissants and morning goods on our second day!This property is not modern, but it is clean, spacious and full of character.I would thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay there again.
