Large Penthouse with Sunny Terrace

Als wat we nodig hadden was voor handen. Ruim appartement en een zeer mooi groot terras.

Luidruchtige buurt maar dat stoorde niet ,het was aangenaam om 's avonds laat nog wat op terras te zitten en de feestvierders gade te slaan.

The location is great, close to the bus station and big parking area, lots of restaurants and cafes, and of course the sea. Terrace with views to Teide and sea was a definite highlight. The host, Alexander, was very helpful and even left us some drinks and snacks to enjoy, as we checked in when the world cup final game was starting :)

The windows in the second balcony / working space have quite bad sound proofing, so the outside noise is audible also in the sleeping area. However, I could sleep very well with earplugs, and my wife, who's less sensitive about sound, didn't need them at all.

Amazing stay! Super spacious, amazing terrace, close to everything. Even has all the little things, like a coffee maker, beach towels/umbrellas, and laundry machine in the property. And Alexander, who owns the property, is super responsive, responsible, accommodating, helpful, and friendly! Book with confidence!

We spent four weeks in this apartment. Out host Alexander was very friedly and helpful. He had even arranged a perfect spot for remote working which was supported by fast internet connection. This apartment is probably the best choice if you want to be in the center of the city which was our deliberate choice this time. The large terrace above the trees of Charco square is a perfect place for the afternoon sun bathing or watching the stars and Teide lit by the rising sun in the morning. And the birds singing doesn’t hurt either. Our hobby is hiking in the mountains and it takes only ten minutes to walk to the bus station. The apartment is well equipped and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking.

Because of the location there is of course some noise from the restaurants in the evening and the cleaning up of the streets early in the morning. With earplugs that problem is solved.
