La casa è grande, confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario, esposta a nord, sull'oceano di cui si sente il piacevole rumore, davanti al vecchio porto. La posizione è centrale, vicino a Piazza del Charco, all'area storica dei pescatori, e al lungo mare. a circa 1 km la bella Playa Jardin. Proprio di fronte casa c'è il servizio informazioni, per sapere cosa visitare a Puerto e a Tenerife. Si trova in una zona più autentica della città, non in quella più turistica di Martianez. La consigliamo.
Niente in particolare. Se proprio vogliamo fare un appunto, riguarderei il sistema di scarico in bagno.
