Everything was perfect, Helmut is a wonderful host. The apartment is fully equipped, very clean, and in an excellent location.

We loved our stay. Everything was easy and perfect. The hosts, Helmut and Irina were in touch from before we arrived, and were available should we have needed anything. The apartment is in a great location, in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, yet still in a quiet area. It was easy to relax and sleep well here. The apartment has everything you might need. The kitchen is well equiped, so cooking in is no problem. There is an oven, a two ring hob, a microwave and even a dishwasher! There is also a washing machine. Cleaning products were also supplied by the owners, including dishwasher tablets and washing powder. The living room/bedroom has a comfy double bed, a small sofa, a wardrobe, a tv and air-conditioning for the warmer months. The bathroom is a nice size, with a nice big shower, and spotlessly clean. All windows in the apartment have mosquito nets which is another added bonus. I nearly forgot to mention the on-site parking, which is great, and much needed, it can be very difficult to find parking in Puerto! We liked our stay so much that we have already booked a return trip, and no doubt we will be back here again and again.

Everything was great! Fantastic holiday apartment in the heart of the town center! Everything very comfortable, very clean and new! I can highly recommend to everyone at this fantastic holiday apartment. Very dog friendly:-)

Everything! Size was great and everything that you needed was there- including an umbrella! Communication with owner was fantastic also.
