Modern and comfortable apartment - Center Puerto

Great location, clean and tidy, good interaction with staff when we had questions. Overall a very comfortable stay and we would consider rebooting if we find ourselves back in Puerto de la Cruz.

Great compact apartment. Good location near to centre and bus station. Communication was good. Clean and well appointed. Washing machine was handy for our 4 week stay.

Apt 4 has outside seating but is to the North of the building so no direct sun if that is your thing.

I have to appreciate and highlight the attitud of the owners of this amazing apartment. They are very open, friendly and always ready to help. They keep their apartment tidy and well equiped. It is very light and comfortable for staying shorter or longer time. The location is great - close to everything - bus stop, beach, restaurants and city centre. All comfortably in walking distance. I am used to go to Puerto de la Cruz every vacation 10 years already and this was my best accomodation ever. Definitelly will plan to return and can highly recommend.

There is nothing to be declared. Everything was absolutelly perfect. One of the best stays in Puerto de la Cruz.

Estaba cerca del centro y de la playa. Se puede ir caminando al centro sin problema.

Había hormigas que salian de muchos sitios diferentes de la casa. Fumigamos con el insecticida y salían por otro lugar diferente. La limpieza de los utensilios de cocina no se había hecho bien y todo estaba bastante sucio. Solo limpian el suelo y las toallas. El agua se sale de la ducha. Cuando se tiraba de la cisterna del baño se salia el agua. Comunicamos a los gestores del piso pero omitieron esos mensajes y no nos dieron solución por su parte. Solo nos mandaban los mensajes programados, me escribieron varias veces para pedirme que les pusiera una nota de 10 por la limpieza, la cual no existía. El aparcamiento en la zona es imposible, nos dejaron aparcar en la propia casa pero no nos lo ofrecieron a pesar de que todas las otras estancias estaban vacías.
