The location is excellent. It is quiet but the are good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The bus station is very close for day trips everywhere on the north of the island. The terrace is in sun all day with awnings for shade. The apartment is light and bright, and quite spacious.

Fantastic location, nice spacious terrace. Excellent communication and prompt response from the host for minor issues that arose
I asked the bed size beforehand and was told it was 160cm. Sleep was not good as the bed was smaller, my husband thought the mattress was hard. Some noise at night eg bin lorry collections across the road at 1am, 6am etc

Very functional apartments with everything needed, and with very nice balcony. You have there almost everything you need for long stay. And location is also perfect 3 min walk to big parking space and same timing to get to the centre.
Some things need small repairs (nothing serious). Very hard to get fresh air into the apartments, but quite quiet ventilator was saving me during the nights. Opening the window is also a bit dangerous - the street is quite noisy till around 11pm

Location is amazing of you like to not end up in hotel area of town and instead in most charming area of Puerto.
Nice balcony
- it smells heavily about old drain (even if you tell to Agency, nothing happened already for long - you can find this on several reviews)
- bed is really small
- kitchen equipment are just some remains, no proper frying pans and pots
- everything is old and you can see no one cares about improvements
