-die Wohnung selbst, ihre Aufteilung (u.a. die beiden Schlafzimmer, die verglaste Veranda, der Balkon zum Platz hin) - die Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt (nur 50m zum Stadtstrand und zur Calle Mequinez) - wir waren zum Karneval da; der Stöckelschuhlauf (Freitag) und die Abschlussparade (Samstag) fanden direkt vorm Haus statt; wir hatte die beste Aussicht.

- der Vermieter hat sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht einmal blicken lassen, so dass wir nicht einmal wussten wo und wie der Müll zu entsorgen ist (wir waren 2 Wochen da !) - die Ausstattung der Küche mit Küchenutensilien (Besteck, Töpfe, Geschirr) war mangelhaft und insgesamt absolut lieblos. Es gab kein Schneidbrett, keine Salatschüssel, die einzige Schere war kaputt. Wir haben uns erlaubt, 6 Teelöffel (für 3€) zu spenden, da in der Besteckschublade nur ein einziger Teelöffel lag.

Todo, muy acogedor e ideal para estar en familia

Como sugerencia diría que necesita una renovación en el menaje de cocina, sobre todo el cubiertos y cazos.

Location is fantastic, looking out on a treed square and only 100 m from the water in the centre of town. The apartment was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Aircon in the bedrooms is efficient and quiet. Communication was good and staff were helpful.

The apartment is dated and tired, and dark. The two bedrooms do not have external windows, rather a door onto a narrow windowed gallery. However, none of these windows can open - broken fixtures and/or seized. We had planned to cook the occasional meal, but kitchen is not really set up for it - no chopping board for starters. Cupboard doors don’t always open and close smoothly. One small sofa. There is a terrace but there’s no furniture on it, and the front wall is chest height so no view if sitting. Plastic roofing means it radiates heat. From the street to the apartment you need to unlock 5 doors! We managed to time our stay with poor weather, and it wasn’t a place we were happy spending time in.
