SUN-SEA

It was a perfect location, clean, basic cooking facilities for what we needed. Restaurants and icecream shops on the doorstep. Supermarket around the corner. Small pool on the roof a bonus. We booked due to the view, however when we arrived there was no view, due to work being carried out. When we returned I searched through emails and had missed one 6 weeks before, stating about the work and did we want to cancel and get a full refund or get a small discount and still stay. The housekeeper who met us on arrival only spoke Spanish so hard for us to find out when we arrived regards the work. We did gather the swimming pool.was on the 6th floor, but in the dark regards why there was no view on table and chairs on the balcony! We made the most of the holiday and didnt let it spoil it,we sat out opposite on the harbour,it would have been better to sit on the balcony and enjoy our food and drink with the view but we made the best of the situation.

Having no balcony to use ,use the view, which is why we booked the apartment! Like I mentioned, we were informed-in Spanish also(we speak English) and we missed the email.

Cleanliness/ location/ staff

Nothing

Beautiful spotless clean comfortable apartment with wonderful views. Very close to all you need. Maria the hostess is a very kind friendly lady, who takes excellent care of the apartment and clients.

Nothing,all perfect.

Not really an apartment as advertised. ...was like a hotel room with a kitchen and washing machine in the barhroom !! Clean but basic. Was very much for German visitors. No instructions for tv/British programmes. Luckily we are not big TV watchers and were there for the experience. Very noisy at night with the fun fair (not sure if that's an all year thing). Had an issue with children playing ball and screaming in hallway outside room. It was dealt with by a very angry Spanish lady and it stopped!! A basic welcome pack would have been nice.. Some issues but was a nice visit. Would give it a second chance if issues addressed.
