About this apartment rental
Warmly welcome to our comfortable penthouse (95 sqm) in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, right at the Plaza del Charco! From the spacious, sun-drenched terrace (33 sqm), you are treated to breathtaking panoramic views, spanning from the Taoro Park, across the majestic Mount Teide, to the glistening Atlantic Ocean. Our penthouse is fully equipped, whether you're planning a longer stay or just a brief visit.
From the top floor, the city unfolds before you. An elevator takes you straight into the vibrant activity of the Plaza del Charco. Relax in one of the many cafés and ice cream parlors, savoring the lively city atmosphere. Close by, there's the picturesque fishing harbor where fresh catches are occasionally sold straight from the boat. And if you fancy a swim: the black sandy beaches of Playa Jardín and Martíanez, the stunning saltwater lagoon Lago Martiánez, and a dive into the sea at the end of the harbor pier are all just moments away.
Everything you need is right on your doorstep: supermarkets, bakeries, newsstands, and a plethora of superb restaurants. A large, free parking space for your rental car is just a 5-minute walk away at the harbor. The TITSA bus station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, and there's a taxi rank right outside the building.
You'll benefit from an ultra-fast fiber-optic internet connection (FTTH) with speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s. Thanks to stable Wi-Fi, you can surf the web throughout the entire apartment. A landline telephone is available for free calls to the Spanish landline and mobilenetworks. And with the Smart TV, you have access to both Internationaland Spanish channels, as well as streaming services like Netflix and Prime (own account required). If you need to work while on vacation, the separate workspace on the glazed balcony, equipped with power and Ethernet ports, is the ideal spot.

We stayed in the penthouse for two weeks. The location of the penthouse is great, right in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, overlooking the Plaza del Charco. Three supermarkets (best is Mercadona in the Calle Blanco), two bakeries (Granier just 100m from the penthouse down the road has very tasty fresh bread), the little harbour, the Ranilla district to the west (with lots of restaurants serving Canarian food and fresh fish) and San Telmo and Martianez boulevards to the east: everything is just around the corner. The bus station is 5 minutes walking. From there you can reach all of Tenerife by bus.
The penthouse itself is very spacious and offers everything you need, including amenities for cooking, a washing machine and dryer, and a barbecue. Since the weather is so great, we practically lived on the balcony, which is directed to the west. You can see the sunset from there and look all the way to the Teide and to Buenavista Del Norte.
The only drawback of the apartment is the music from the Plaza below. Especially the singing from the "China III" restaurant on the opposite site of the Plaza may be quite loud. However this is only from about 8-9 PM till midnight. During other times you will hear the birds chattering and a light buzz from the people on the terraces below.
So if you are looking for absolute peace and silence, this is not the right apartment for you. For everyone else, this is a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

We just came home from 25 days holiday in this lovely and clean apartment.
Everything was fine, the view and the big terrace was fantastic, but some noise from 2 different music places on the Plaza Charco, but it was only in the afternoon between 9 and 12. ( therefore not 5 stars ) Great location, and such a nice owner.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat stimmten absolut mit der Realität überein. Das Penthouse liegt im 6. Stock direkt an der Plaza del Charco. Rundum die Plaza gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, die von Snacks bis hin zur gehobenen, kreativen Küche für jeden etwas zu bieten haben.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ist deutschsprachig, war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend und nahm seine Betreuungsaufgabe gewissenhaft wahr. Der Preis war der Ausstattung angemessen.
Bei dem Penthouse handelt es sich um ein ausgesprochen empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil.
