L’emplacement était idéal, avec un parking gratuit à seulement 3 minutes et proche du centre historique. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description : propre, récent et joliment décoré. La literie était confortable et l’équipement suffisant pour cuisiner simplement. La terrasse à l’étage était très agréable, même si la météo ne nous a permis d’en profiter qu’un seul jour. L’environnement extérieur était également très calme. Nous recommandons !
L’absence de store sur la porte d’entrée vitrée laisse entrer beaucoup de lumière dès le lever du soleil. En raison du climat humide de l'île, un déshumidificateur fonctionne en continu, ce qui génère beaucoup de bruit (même si nous l'avons éteint la nuit). Un système pour séparer la salle de bains/WC et la chambre pourrait être un gros plus.

This small apartment is outstandingly beautiful. It has cozy design and quality furnishing. The building itself with two-level terrace gives authentic local vibe. Location is perfect - in a range of a walk to the ocean, bars and restaurants. A really big, free parking is also available next to the road along the ocean shore. The place has more advantages than disadvantages and is generally recommendable. I would probably choose this specific apartment again in Puerto de la Cruz.
I cannot understand why there is just a thin curtain between the bedroom and bathroom. You really need to have no secrets with your partner. The bathroom has slight inconvinience as the sink is placed quite high and there are also problems with shower drainage.
As there is no A/C, the room gets unusually hot during the day, even for Tenerife standards. Without the fan working, it is hardly possible to spend time inside even in the evening.
