Modern Panoramic Villa with Pool & Terrace

Sehr gute Lage, nahe am Zentrum von Puerto, Aussichtslage aber nur über viele Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und check-in und check-out war einfach.

Der Backofen und der Grill waren extrem verschmutzt, die Dusche war kalkig mit Schimmel, in einigen Schränken war es dreckig, Teflonpfannen verkratzt, so dass man sie nicht nehmen w(s)ollte, Barhocker in der Küche rosten grossflächig. Esstischstühle waren mit Kunstleder bezogen, das zerbröselte und schon an vielen Stellen entfernt war. War alles etwas wenig gepflegt für eine „Villa“. Wir haben viele Fotos gemacht.

In terms of facilities this is one of the most generous apartments we have stayed it. We were met by the owner on arrival, He had already pointed out supermarkets where we could stop on the way there. The apartment is pretty much shown in the pics but we agreed that the third bedroom was much better than the pics show. The view from the apartment of the sea is amazing and so lovely. The owner provided milk, bread, juice, a bottle of wine etc. There were ample dishwasher tablets too. In fact everything we could think about was there. The owner lives pretty much next door and is available for any help/questions. It is a very comfortable place to spend time - lots of space. We enjoyed sitting by the pool too. Puerto De La Cruz is a great place to stay - there are alot of great places to eat but if you want to do some wine tasting at a family run wine bar please go to Tigó Gourmet, C. Esquivel, 18, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, We had a wine tasting of 3 wines with pairing cheese/bread/meat for Eur 15 per head

There is nothing that we didn't like - more something to be aware of. To give in and out of the apartment is about 70 steps. You will know from looking at the map that it is high up. To get to the road below is about another 90 stairs (however you could drive or there is a ramp)

We stayed with 3 children for a week. Private, quiet place in a walking distance from the centre. The hosts are super kind and helpful. Although no issues occured the host reached out to check if all is good. Highly reccommend!

We spent a weekend here with the family and absolutely loved it. Waking up to the ocean view from the balcony was just wow, and having our own pool and patio with a grill made it feel like a little paradise in the middle of town. There are several balconies, so everyone could find their own corner to relax. The rooftop terrace at sunset was unforgettable. It’s quiet and private, but everything in Puerto is just a short walk away — best of both worlds. We’ll definitely be back.

Too bad we only had such a short time!
