Dear, future guests, Welcome to "Happiness" apartment. This spacious, completely renovated and fitted apartment is an ideal choice for your vacation. It is located only 250 metres away from the beach, in a very peaceful and quiet part of Sveti Filip i Jakov, a small town in Zadar County. Happiness is a new apartment in our family house, on the first floor; with it's private entrance, totaly independent of the rest of the house. Informativly, in the house there are 2 more apartments and one of them can also be rented. Apartment Srića occupies the surface of 110 m2 of interior space and 40 m2 of exterior space (2 balconies) + 60 m2 metres of private relax oasis. It is designed for a maximum of 7+2 people. The apartment consists of the open concept totaly new kitchen; and living room, all air-conditioned. It's connected to a large balcony that has a bar with 6 chairs and a gorgeous view of the sea, making it the perfect place to enjoy a few drinks with your dearest ones. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, freezer, toster and coffee maker, water machine, a cooker and an oven. There is also a dining table for 6-8 people. In addition, there are three large bedrooms, all of them air-conditioned. Two of them have king size beds and 3rd one has 2 separates beds for one person. There is also a double sofa in the living room which can be used for a sleep if there is a need. Happiness has modern bathroom and extra toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hair dryer and other toiletries. The smaller balcony, which has a small table and two chairs, could easily become your favourite spot for sipping morning coffee. Behind the balcony there is private oasis of peace; without neighbours at all. Private garden with olive tree; hot tube, sunbeds and lounge set is waiting for you. There is also private grill area for making some barbecue. If you give Happiness apartment a chance, you will surely have a memorable, relaxed and pleasant experience.
