It's about 25 min walk from the beach so if you travel with kids you will need to drive and find parking. Free parking can be found on the street by the beach in front of Camp Soline.

Toller entspannter Urlaub in einer schönen FeWo und Gegend in Biograd!

Die FeWo war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr gut 👍 Küche war auch gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht war da. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, etwas entfernt vom Strand und umgeben von wunderbaren Olivenbäumen. Der Pool war auch toll und ist sehr sauber. .... Wir kommen wieder!! 🥰

Uns hat eine Waschmaschine und Nachttische gefehlt aber das wird sich wahrscheinlich ändern in naher Zukunft. Die Vermieter sind da dran. sonst haben wir nichts zu bemängeln gehabt.

Klid, pro rodiny s dětmi paráda. Boží bazén, který jsme prakticky měli sami pro sebe. Kousek obchody. Na plaz trochu dál. Ale autem do 5 min.

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, sie wohnen auch dort. Der Pool ist klasse. Die Wohnungen sind sehr modern eingerichtet.

Toller Familienurlaub

Abseits von der Tourismusmeile liegt das Apartment sehr gut erreichbar. Die Poolanlage ist traumhaft schön. Wer keinen vollen Touristenstrand möchte, fährt 5-10 Minuten der Küste entlang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichbar. 10-15 Min zu Fuß erreicht man die Strandpromenade. Das Erdgeschossapartment ist klein aber fein und durch die Terrasse hat man einen direkten Zugang zum Pool. Liegen waren hochwertig und bequem. Es ist sehr sauber und im Vergleich zu anderen Apartments handwerklich gut verarbeitet. Die Küchenzeile war relativ neu als wir gebucht hatten. Handtücher genügend da und angenehm. Die Küchenausstattung war genug, aber das Besteck reichte gerade so aus. Perfekt wäre noch ein Toaster. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Matratzen relativ neu und gut. Wer es sehr weich mag, hat aber keine gute Chance. Das Bad ist klein, aber ideal für den Raum ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten kein Problem mit einem kompakteren Apartment. Die meiste Zeit hielten wir uns auf der Terrasse und am Pool auf. Der Pool war immer top und hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Abendbeleuchtung war top. Womit man rechnen muss, ist ein enger Kochbereich und kleiner Esstisch. Ausweichen kann man aber ideal auf die Terrasse. Wir können Villa Nina weiterempfehlen insbesondere für die wunderbaren Vermieter. Sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort.

Der Kochbereich und das Spülbecken sind sehr klein, aber das ist dem Raum geschuldet. Ein wenig mehr Besteck und dann ist es genau richtig.

Apartman je bio uredan, a domaćin pristupačan i ljubazan. Sve je bilo kako smo se dogovorili. Komunikacija odlična. Smještaj je bio na mirnoj lokaciji, a centar grada u blizini. Za svaku preporuku.
