Perfect place near the beach

My family was happy about this apartment: it’s near by the beach, pool inside the house, free parking and so on..

It would be nice if there will be washing machine inside of apartment.

Very disappointing, as the unit is maintained at very unacceptable standards. I do not recommend.

Location is good, walking distance to the beach. Exterior of property is pretty. Parking was offered at 10 Euro per day across the street but had to unlock a padlock every time and pull open a gate and the close and lock again.

-Not particularly secure, the front door to the building is left open overnight other than the screen. -Unit advertises for five people, but the unit is very small-if you are a family of five be forewarned. The pullout sofa takes a lot of space and is essentially in the kitchen area, so nowhere to store luggage/clothing, etc. other than the bedroom. -Bed mattresses and sofa mattress are very uncomfortable. Sofa sheet was stained. -AC Unit ran very loudly and it was very noticeable at night. Difficult to cool down the one bedroom as the unit is in the kitchen/living area. -Bathroom door did not have a handle. Only a hole. The host told us the owners were out of town and that this had just happened. No one made any effort to reinstall a door handle/lock while we were there (four nights). It was suggested that we use a kitchen chair to keep the door closed. -Bathroom shower would overflow even with very brief showers and water would spill out and cover the entire bathroom floor and the floor remained wet and dirty all day. We had to use towels to mop it up and had to ask for more towels as a result. Apparently the out-of-town owners knew about this issue as well, but had not rectified it and still continue to rent out the unit. We were in town to meet friends and could have any guests over to visit as a result of the bathroom issues. -We left the unit one day and returned to find a kitchen garbage can on the patio, which had not been there earlier. I can't be certain but it suggested that someone had entered the unit in our absence and left it there. -While we were folding up the sofa bed we saw a pair of underwear and a sock from a previous guest wedged under the sofa. So that really speaks to the cleanliness and care of this unit. -We are of Croatian background and stayed at several places in Croatia during our visit. This unit was the most unpleasant and very poorly maintained.

Waste of money

The only good thing about this place is the balcony.

Rude and disrespectful manager , the roof of toilet was leaking and they didn’t change our room. Instead of apology he threatened us that he can force us to leave the room at 10 PM.

Good for the price

The owner did her best to communicate, even though she doesn't speak English. The kitchen, bathroom and room are fully equipped.

The shower box was leaking, so we had to put a towel to stop the water from spreading all over the bathroom. It's really small for 5 people. The sofa bed in the kitchen is uncomfortable if you need to sleep for more than 3 days. The boiler is small for a group of 5. You'll run out of hot water if you don't pay attention

Comfortable stay and excellent host

Good location for appartments very close (5m walk) to beach and centre of Biograd. Host Karlo makes a difference and is always friendly and helpfull. We could even charge our hybrid vehicle at their EV charging station!

Empfehlenswert

Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht. Es war sehr sauber. Die Hausdame und der Hausmeister waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt 10 Gehminuten zu beiden Stränden und 10 Minuten ca zum Hafen. Der Parkplatz war kostenfrei.

Leider funktionierte das W-lan nicht im Nebenhaus...und so mussten wir immer für Empfang ins Haupthaus und somit war auch kein Netflix gucken möglich

Apartment war sauber!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Wände scheinen aus Papier zu sein – man hört jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarapartments, selbst Musik bis spät in die Nacht im Haus. Die Eingangstür hat fast 1 cm Spalt, sie schließt überhaupt nicht dicht. Man kann sogar vom Flur aus das Licht im Apartment sehen. Die Balkontür war defekt, und schon bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir gesagt, dass sie kaputt ist und nicht repariert werden kann. Innerhalb von 4 Tagen kam niemand, um sie zu beheben. Im Raum mit dem Pool riecht es stark nach Chlor, sodass man kaum atmen kann. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Positiv war lediglich, dass es sauber war und die Lage in der Nähe des Meeres ist.

Vrlo dobro, ali...

Odlična lokacija, plaža je jako blizu. Velika terasa sa pogledom prema moru. Na ulazu u objekt je bila polica sa knjigama koje se mogu posuditi što je se svidjelo našem djetetu. U sklopu je bio i bazen na korištenje. Zatvoreni privatni parking u hladu.

Vrata apartmana propuštaju svjetlost sa hodnika tako da nikada nije potpno mračno u sobi, također izolacija je loša pa stalno čujete druge goste. Krevetić za dijete što smo tražili je bio prljav i nije se mogao do kraja sklopiti. Veliki krevet je bio udoban ali je jako škripio. Također, pod nije bio najčišći.

U samom objektu prvih par dana nisam spavala. Bilo je gostiju koji su radili buku do pol dva ujutro. Mislim da bi Vlasnik apartmana takve goste trebao micati . Zbog jedne obitelji , trpilo je buku ostatak kuće , apartmana . Nasmalo veći broj. Kreveti = promjena madraca pod hitno , wi fi , slaba mreža

Prumerny cisty apartman na klidnem miste kousek od more

Apartman byl umisten mimo hlavni budovu, v prestavene garazi, coz bylo skvele. Venkovni terasa byla za apartmanem, kryta ocelovou konstrukci, porostla vinnou revou. Okolo apartmanu prochazela pouze pani spravcova, takze udealni soukromi. Vzdalenost od plaze cca. 5-7 minut chuze, do centra max 10 min. a umisteni v klidne lokalite. Apartman byl cisty!!

Naprosto mizerny a nebo spis zadny signal wifi. Router v hlavni budove a do tohoto apartmanu signal nedosahl (vyzkouseno na 1 PC a 3 MT). Vybaveni sice funkcni, ale jiz hodne jete a misty i dost poskozene. Priserne matrace v loznici.

Tiszta környezet, jól felszerelt apartman

Apartmanon belül rengeteg lépcső volt ami a gyerekek szemszögéből nagyon rossz.Pince helység volt kialakítva ahol csöpp kis szobak és ablakok voltak.A 4agyas helység maximum egy 2agyasnak felelt volna meg meretei alapjan.Hazvezetono rendkívül bunkó volt.Wcvel már az elején gond volt amit jeleztunk a 2.napon.Utolso nap el is dugult délelőtt,este 22kor jött ki a szerelő, brutális szag, fény és hangzavar,5gyerek aludt volna ha lett volna rá lehetőség.Inkabb eljottunk éjjel haza egy nappal előbb. Soha soha többet nem mennénk vissza!!!!
