Amazing picturesque Dalmatian village, close to Biograd na moru, Šibenik and Zadar.

It’s located within the walking distance from the beach and the village centre but still very peaceful for proper rest. Our house had everything we needed for our stay and the pool was free when ever I wanted to swim. Staff was very helpful with local info.

I didn’t realise it was a static home until I got there. Having AC meant the accommodation was comfortable. Not tourist

Beautiful view. Very clean. Lovely pool to use, no fighting for sun beds. Private balcony to sit out and enjoy the warm evenings.

A little bit of a walk to the beach, but not too far. Tricky to find at first, as number refers to the whole block.

Exceptional

We spent 8 days in one of their mobile homes. The spot with its pool and big garden is really great. We had a car and were able to explore the beautiful natural parks and towns nearby. We enjoyed staying in Filip Jakov instead of Biograd because it is way more relaxed and doesn't feel too touristic. Especially the hospitality of our host Marko and his lovely family was incredible.

Good surprise in a quiet and lovely place.

A very nice and quiet place to enjoy holidays and Croatia. The people there were so friendly and helpful that we felt at home very quickly ! Thanks to all of them for helping us having very good holidays.

The location is not the best one at the first view but it is 10 mn walking to the beach and far from any noisy activity. and the sea view is great !

Excellent. Exactly what we wanted for this trip.

Excellent property. Met on arrival with a welcome drink, shown around the apartment and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Private swimming within 5 steps of the apartments. Thoroughly recommended.

We were asked by our hosts prior to leaving if we could think of anything to improve the apartment, and honestly we could not. We started looking for additional things rather than improving what was there. In short it was excellent and if there was something that ws not their the hosts would do whatever was necessary to fix it.

Apartamentul foarte bine organizat cu tot ce ai nevoie, inclusiv prosoape curate,bucătărie utilata cu absolut tot ,de la tacâmuri la pahare ,farfurii ,cratițe etc.Este potrivit pentru o familie cu doi copii,având doua dormitoare fiecare cu baie proprie🙂.Dacă este prea ,găsiți si un aparat de aer condiționat.De asemenea o terasa foarte draguta unde puteți savura o cafea dimineața si nu numai.Va puteti bucura de piscina din curte ,la fel si de gratarul care va este pus la dispoziție. Recomand cu încredere 👌

Objekt je na mirnoj lokaciji i ima mnogo dodatnih sadržaja (bazen, igralište za djecu, roštilj, ležaljke, garniture za sjedenje u hladu...). Sve pohvale domaćinu Marku koji nam je dao mnogo korisnih savjeta.

Très bonne adresse

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marko et Svetlana! L' endroit était très calme et propre ! Malgré les petits soucis rencontrés ils ont été vite résolus avec une réactivité excellente ! Les locaux nous ont aidés pour trouver l' entrée qui se trouve sur l'arrière de la rue. Possibilité de se rendre à pied à la plage qui est un vrai plus car les parkings sont payants.

Il n'y avait plus de jaccuzi malheureusement qui était un plus pour nous lors de notre réservation

Idealne miejsce na wakacje Super mili wlasciciele wsztstko pergekcyjnie zarzadane tak aby goscie byli zadowoleni. Na koniec j pobytu eszcze drobne upominki z ogrodu od wlasciciela. Polecam w 100% na udane wakacje😀

Ich empfehle die Apartments gerne weiter! Alles war sehr gut, die Besitzer haben uns willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden (von Handtüchern bis hin zu Töpfen). Toller Super-Pool! Das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt, Sie können die wunderschöne Natur bis zum Strand genießen! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für den herzlichen und aufrichtigen Empfang, wir werden auf jeden Fall noch viele Male wiederkommen! Ich empfehle!
