About this apartment rental
Apartment for 2 persons of 41 square meters (441 sq. ft.) with a terrace of 25 square meters (270 sq. ft.). It is located on the first floor of the residence and consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and a Terrace over viewing the sea and Mt. Etna. It is provided with washing machine, satellite TV, safe, telephone, Wi-Fi, air conditioning , heating, ironing equipment, hairdryer, coffee maker and toaster.
This apartment and the other 5 apartments of the Residence are located on a small hill in a residential area in Taormina, only 4 minutes walking distance from central Corso Umberto (pedestrian area of Taormina), and 3 minutes only from the supermarket and the nearest restaurants.
Baby coat and baby chair are available on request.
Taxi service also available on request from or to Catania airport with a Minivan at the price of 120 Euro,
Parking Information:
Inside of the Residence we have a small parking area for 2 cars and on request a space can be reserved at the price of 10 Euro a day, otherwise is possible to park in the 24/7 municipal multi-storey car park of Porta Catania which is located just before the entrance of Taormina and at a 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Due the narrow roads of Taormina and our own small parking area, for clients arriving with big cars we suggest this last solution.
I live in one apartment of the Residence, I will be here on your arrival and during your stay I will be always available for information’s and any kind of assistance.

I've always wanted to visit Sicily and our stay at Schuler Residence was a beautiful introduction to the area of Taormina. Location was perfect, easy access to several local interests and cable car, which took you down to the beautiful beach coves. Our host Claudio arranged for a taxi to pick us up & return journey from the airport. Very informative and was readily available if needed. The listing pictures are true to form. The views are truly stunning. I would advise, you need to be relatively fit as the area is very steep in places and lots of steps. Having said that my husband is 71 & I am 67 and we managed. Weekend was busy with lots of locals, which to me shows it's a good place to be. Bars and restaurant a plenty. THANK YOU Claudio.

We loved staying at Residence Schuler! The location was perfect, and the view was amazing! The Mt Etna and sea views from the balcony were incredible. Claudio was a great host. He was there to help with anything we needed. Check in was super easy. The apartment was very clean and well stocked! I would highly recommend Residence Schuler when staying in Taormina.

The location of this apartment is superb. It sits at the top of Taormina with beautiful views. It is very clean. The property manager helped us check in and was very clear about the rules. The area is safe and you can easily reach the shopping areas on foot. The queen size bed is 2 twin beds pushed together with a noticeable ridge in the middle and the mattress was not comfortable. If you like flat pillows, you'll be happy, but we personally do not. Because of the hard surfaces in the apartment and all around, you can hear everything in and around the apartment at every hour. Note: This property charges a 2 Euro per person per day cash fee at checkout which we could not find disclosed in the listing anywhere but the property manager said it was disclosed. That was an unpleasant surprise.
