About this apartment rental
Comfortable and bright apartment of 90 square meters. on the top floor located in the quiet via Von Gloden and with a panoramic terrace overlooking the picturesque bay of Naxos and the imposing Etna volcano.
Recently renovated, fully air conditioned / heated, it is divided into a large living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area, an independent kitchen, n. 1 double bedroom, n. 1 bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to become a second double bed and n. 2 bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms have mosquito nets.
The apartment is a 7-minute walk from the medieval historic center (Porta Catania side) and the multi-storey car park, a 12-minute walk from the Greek Theater, and a 15-minute walk from the gondola that takes you to the sea in no time. beautiful bays of Spisone, Mazzarò and Isola Bella.
Nearby there are markets, restaurants and bars.
From the terrace of the living room you can enjoy the view of the splendid bay of Giardini Naxos and the majestic crater of Etna, while from the window and from the balcony of the bedrooms you can enjoy the panoramic view of Mount Tauro where the sanctuary of the Madonna della Rocca and the castle are perched buckwheat.
The Wi-Fi connection is unlimited.
The guest password will be provided upon arrival, along with the house rules manual with all relevant information.
You can easily arrive in front of the house with the car which, after unloading your luggage, can be parked in the multi-storey car park 'Porta Catania' which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Alternatively, a shuttle bus from the second 'Lumbi' parking lot stops near the house. Both public parking lots are paid and weekly and monthly passes are also provided.

Lucia was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean, bright and was fully equipped, including a washing machine. It has a beautiful deck and outstanding view.

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful apartment high above with breathtaking views from the spacious balcony overlooking the coast to Giardini Naxos, Taormina, and even Mt. Etna. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Corso Umberto for shopping and dining, the Deco Supermarket, Bar Andrico and Castelmola. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning. Lucia, our host, was fantastic—always quick and helpful in answering our questions. Waking up every day in this 2 bed / 2 bath apartment was a joy, and it made our week-long stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
