Beautiful new house in a small, very quiet development 800 m from the beach and 300 m from the market town of Reville, with bakery, butcher, grocery shop and cinema open all year round. Residence located 5km from St Vaast la Hougue and 7km from Barfleur (voted most beautiful villages in France). Many sites to visit in the surrounding area, including the D-Day landing beaches and the Gatteville lighthouse. Approx. 600m2 garden with terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. 4 bicycles, including 1 for a small child. Space available for teleworking.
