On arrival we received a warm, friendly welcome from the Owner, who showed us around the property, which was particularly important to learn the workings of the Sauna and Spa pool, and velux shutter system! The house is very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and being open plan makes it easy to socialise while cooking. The lounge area has a double recliner sofa and also single seats with a footstool for comfort. Lots of TV's although we were happy to sit at the dining table playing Scrabble, or sit outside in the spacious grounds, which were totally secure for a Cocker Spaniel - this was important to us as too few properties in this area accepted dogs and had a secure garden! The beds were really really comfortable, we have rented in France for six years and the master bedroom had the best bed ever! Sauna and Spa used a few times and added to the relaxation of our holiday. Finally, Le Panoramique was a real treat.... food, location, service.....exceptional. Loved all the tech. - ipad provided to make ordering wine easy! Also, if you just want to enjoy a drink on the terrace (with your dog.........and children!) you can just stroll down and enjoy the exceptional views. Thank you, we would love to return in the future.

Très bon accueil avec le propriétaire à l'arrivée, et au moment de la remise des clés lors de notre départ. Très belle maison, bien située. Le top, confort avec jaccuzi sauna, chambres spacieuses propres. Belle salle de bain. Grand jardin avec terrasse bien agréable. Chaque pièces à son petit coin perso. A conseiller pour passer un excellent et agréable séjour en famille ou amis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Quel bonheur de profiter sans modération du jaccuzi et du sauna. C’est vraiment le plus qui fait la différence. Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par Arnaud. Nous ne pouvions que nous sentir comme chez nous. Nous recommandons cette adresse à qui hésiterait encore, D’ailleurs nous l’avons largement fait auprès de nos amis.

La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un bon séjour en famille. Le spa est très appréciable et a été un vrai plus notamment par temps pluvieux. La maison est située dans un très bel endroit avec une vue magnifique à quelques mètres. Nous recommandons cette maison et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

leuk huis , veel mogelijkheden. goeie uitvalsbasis om het departement Manche te ontdekken. Weinig ging direct goed. Kookplaat was defect maar werd 6dagen later vernieuwd.( ondertussen een kookplaat vanuit Le Panoramique gekregen om toch iets te kunnen koken Microgolf ook niet 100% zoals het hoort. Voor de rest is er alles maar is het gebouw wel aan opknap toe. Ook moet de huurder het huis opkuisen en dat was niet gedaan zoals het hoorde bij onze voorgangers. Arnaud is heel behulpzaam en onmiddelijk bereikbaar. Topper bubbelbab en stoomcabine, wel spijtig dat deze niet bij elkaar staan.

bien d'avoir 7 téléviseurs mais meme pas un canape dans le salon juste des fauteuils individuels de salle d'attente de coiffeur pas du tout confortables ; équipements vaisselle et couverts insuffisants pour une location prevue pour 7 personnes : pas de verres a biere pas de verres a whisky saladier a salade petit pour 4 personnes essoreuse a salade cassee 4 bols a cafe et ne parlons pas des poeles ayant fait leur temps et pas de sauteuse finalement pas prevue pour des résidents qui cuisinent et qui regardent la tele

We spent two weeks at this beautiful Holiday Villa in La Pernelle in what for us was a perfect vacation. The Highlight was the Villa itself, clean, and luxuriously furnished with everything one can ever need on a vacation. The Jacuzzi and Sauna were extras that made the evenings when we returned home even more relaxing. There is so much to see in the Region all within a 20 km radius that two weeks is just not enough. Our favorites were the Cite de la Mer in Cherbourg, the lighthouse in Gatteville, the Moulin Marie-Ravanelle in Rethoville, the different sandy beaches around la Pernelle (even though the water was too cold to swim) the local market on tuesdays in Quettehou where we always got fresh fruit and vegetables, just to Name a few. Our vacation was made even more fascinating by the always reachable, friendly and ready to assist proprietor Arnaud. Thank you so much Sir. We will definitely be coming back.

Nous avons passé un we parfait de détente entre amis et avons bcp apprecié le jacuzzi, sauna et hammam. La maison est très bien conçue, bien équipée et très propre. Habitués des séjours abritel, nous pouvons dire, sans hésitation, que "La Villa Belle Vue" est une des plus charmantes locations dans laquelle nous avons pu séjourner. Située dans un cadre champêtre, à proximité d'un point de vue magnifique sur la côte est du Cotention, elle offre un confort exceptionnel. A noter également l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui se montre à la fois discret et disponible. En résumé, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et ressourçant.

Excellent. Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa en famille entre Noël et Nouvel An et avons fortement apprécié le jacuzzi en cette période. Maison très vaste où chacun a pu trouvé sa place sans géner lautre. Une TV par pièce. Laccès à internet (wifi) idéal pour rester connecté si besoin. Confort du poêle à pellet. Charme des nos voisins les plus proches : les Anes (Victor et Lisette). Point idéal pour partir en excursion sur St Vaast, Barfleur, Cherbourg ou les plages du débarquement et un point de vue magnifique et panoramique à proximité de la maison. Et surtout un excellent accueil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. L'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux avec un service toujours disponible. La Villa est magnifiquement bien équipée avec tout pour notre bien-être et la relaxation. Le rapport qualité prix est très satisfaisant. La vue exceptionnelle à proximité, les ballades en forêt et la proximité de la belle plage de Jonville sont très appréciable. A conseiller, Merci encore !
