About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 130 m² house in Turqueville to rent for up to 9 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 900 m² garden. Sheets included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200)
- Bedroom 4: a single bed (90×190), a children's bed (60×120) and a changing table
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fondue set, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 60 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture (only in summer) to enjoy the fine weather.
- A beautiful private garden of 900 m², not enclosed.
The house is ideally located in Turqueville, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 vehicles maximum).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Carentan, 15 km on the Paris-Cherbourg route
- Nearest airport: Cherbourg (45 km) or Caen (100 km)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen included, towels not provided, please bring your own for your stay.
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided free of charge.
- Pets accepted free of charge.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
