This holiday apartment is on a quiet street near the harbour. It is on the first floor of the house. The pretty little apartment in a quiet part of Premantura affords a beautiful view of the sea and Medulin. The bedroom and the living room provide access to the balcony with garden furniture. Enjoy the beautiful view with a cup of coffee at breakfast time, or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has a parking space in front of the building. The modern holiday apartment provides 49m² of living space and is suitable for two people. It consists of a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a large balcony. Premantura is a peaceful little town near one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria and the Kap Kamenjak nature reserve. The nearest beach is about 400 metres away. It is about 350 metres into the town centre with its restaurants and shops. You can hire bicycles near the apartment. Dogs have to be kept on the leash.
